Manager/Assistant Manager- IQAC

Job Description:

The Manager- IQAC may be a senior person with expertise in quality aspects. She/he may be a full-time functionary or, to start with, she/he may be a senior academic /administrator entrusted with the IQAC as an additional responsibility.

IQAC Coordination:
Assist in the establishment and maintenance of an effective IQAC framework.
Coordinate with different departments to collect and compile data for quality assurance processes.
Support the planning and execution of IQAC-related activities and initiatives.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:
Monitor and assess academic and administrative processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Conduct periodic audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.

Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities, including documentation of meetings, reports, and action plans.
Prepare comprehensive reports on the findings and recommendations of quality assessments.
Assist in the preparation of reports for accreditation and regulatory bodies.

Communication and Collaboration:
Facilitate effective communication between the IQAC and other departments.
Collaborate with external agencies, accreditation bodies, and industry partners to enhance the quality of programs and services.

Education Required:
Master’s in any discipline(preferably engineering)

Skills:
Must be Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Must be aware about the NAAC criteria and documentation
